The exact amount will depend on the highest figure set between the two available routes. One can be set by Getafe themselves and the other by LaLiga's Valuation Body. It is not enough to register a player on a symbolic wage or below what the collective agreement requires. The league body has a valuation committee made up of three independent experts. They are the ones who set the minimum salary a player should receive in these situations.

UEFA closes the windows for registering players in each stage of the competition, and the first one ended on 2 September at 11:59 p.m. If the team is still alive after the group stage, the former Real Madrid man could be added for the February playoff ties or directly for the round of 16 in March.
