The club will publish the full pricing policy next week so that every season ticket holder can choose their seat knowing the exact cost of each section and the possibility of grouping with other fans. The decision had been made months ago, but the club preferred to wait until the last renewal campaign at Mestalla closed before revealing more details.

General director Javier Solís shared two important details during a guided tour of the construction site. First, the cheapest season ticket at the Nou Mestalla will keep the same price as the cheapest one at the current Mestalla. Second, the most expensive season ticket at the new stadium will be cheaper than the most expensive one at the current ground.

How the new Valencia stadium construction is progressing

Valencia used the international break to show the real state of the construction work. The roof is supported by a compression ring of about 800 linear meters in perimeter and currently sits between ten and fifteen meters below its final position. The stadium rests on 50 pillars weighing approximately 30 tons each.

Solís was blunt about the schedule: "Estamos muy contentos, muy satisfechos. Van yendo según el calendario de obras y, como se puede ver, no hay problemas" (We are very happy, very satisfied. The dream of opening the Nou Mestalla with European football

The ideal opening for the new stadium would be linked to the first team's return to European competitions. With Valencia sitting in the relegation zone after the start of the season, the general director admitted that would be the best possible scenario for a club going through a difficult sporting moment.

The pitch will be located about 9.2 meters below ground level, a feature that will give the venue a distinctive look from the outside. The symmetrical bowl design is divided into four main sectors named after the cardinal points: North and South Ends and East and West Stands.

Comfort and services: a stadium designed for year-round use

Seats will be distributed across lower, middle, upper and top tiers. The stand incline will be around 36 degrees, compared to the 45 or 46 degrees at the current Mestalla, a decision aimed at improving comfort and sightlines for spectators. The new stadium will also feature two restaurants with terraces and direct views of the pitch.

The two towers planned for commercial use must be built to ground level by the time the stadium opens. Otherwise, that end could not operate due to safety requirements. Beyond matchdays, Valencia is planning a venue with activity throughout the year, including congresses, conferences, presentations and other events. The future press room will be designed as a multifunctional auditorium.

The Nou Mestalla still hopes to host matches at the 2030 World Cup. Solís explained that talks with institutions and the Federation are "permanentes y constantes" (permanent and constant) and he was optimistic about the city's chances: "Todos los inputs que recibimos apuntan a que Valencia y el estadio del Valencia son clave para el Mundial 2030" (All the input we receive points to Valencia and Valencia's stadium being key for the 2030 World Cup).

Although the business plan does not depend on concerts, the club is considering the possibility of hosting major music events during the summer months in coordination with local authorities. An additional revenue stream that would strengthen the multifunctional stadium project the club is pursuing.
