Manchester City verdict: Found guilty of 114 of 115 Premier League charges

Manchester City have been found guilty of breaching Premier League financial rules in 114 of the 115 charges brought against them, according to multiple reports. The independent commission is said to have concluded the club broke the regulations over a nine-year period from 2009 to 2018. Sanctions have not yet been decided and the league leaders are expected to appeal the landmark ruling.
